Ordering
Please use our online order form to place your order.
We will contact you with your order confirmation, shipping
costs and payment details.
Payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, they are current
and are including GST. We reserve the right to change prices
at any time.
We accept payment by direct credit into our account (internet
banking), bank deposit, and cheque. After your order is
submitted we will email you with your payment details.
Shipping
Although we endeavor to have all items featured on our
site available for immediate dispatch, occasionally high
demand may mean that a product sells out before we can update
our site. If for any reason an item you have ordered is
temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an expected
delivery date.
Delivery is by New Zealand Post. Delivery time within NZ
is generally 2-5 working days. Orders will be dispatched
following the receipt of your payment. We are happy to courier
any item if preferred. Please indicate this in the comments
box on our order form.
We welcome international orders. International shipping
costs and delivery times will be advised on an individual
basis.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied in any way with
your 2 Cute product, you may return it (freight at your expense)
within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Any item being returned
must be unused, in original and re-saleable condition and
in its original packing. Subject to the product meeting the
above conditions, we will refund your product or exchange
your items. Please email or telephone prior to returning any
item to discuss refund or exchange options.
Privacy Policy All information
that is collected from the online store order forms is stored
in our secure customer database which is used solely by 2
Cute Ltd and is not sold or distributed to third parties.
When you register with us, you can select
whether you would like join our mailing list to be sent information
on sales, special promotions, and previews of new stock.
